About Armoured Combat
Armoured Combat, also known as Buhurt, is a full-contact martial sport using real steel armour, blunted weapons, grappling, and team tactics. A growing sport in Australia as fighters train to strike, clinch, take down opponents, and withstand heavy impact while wearing 25–30kg of armour. Governed by AMCF regulations, it combines medieval equipment with modern athleticism, strategy, and discipline. Whether you’re drawn to history, combat sports, or teamwork, Buhurt is unlike anything else.

All The Gear - Weapons & Armour
Buhurt equipment is purpose-built for safety, performance, and historical accuracy. Armour is crafted from approved steel grades with regulated thickness, padded layers, and fully enclosed protection. Weapons are blunted, weighted, and carefully designed to deliver force without penetration. At Knights of Albion, we guide new fighters through gear selection, fitting, upgrades, and AMCF-legal requirements to ensure every combatant trains and competes safely.
